How will my order be shipped?

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS), FedEx, or other similar carriers. 

 

What are your shipping rates??

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and location you are shipping an item(s) in addition to the speed of service selected (i.e - Standard, Prioroty, Express, or Nex Day. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?

Unfortunately, www.reniquamonae.com does not ship items to international addresses. As the company expands we look forward to shipping worldwide. 

 

How do I return an item?

Items you directly purchased in the showroom MUST be returned to this location and is not eligible to be returned via mail. Any orders placed via www.reniquamonae.com will be accompanied with a return label in the event a return is warranted. All returns MUST be made within a 7-10 business day period. Items should be retuned with all original tags and in an unworn manner. For more detains, refer to our RETURNS POLICY

How do I track my order?

All orders placed online will be provided a tracking number for customers to conveniently inquire the whereabouts of a product. If you need further assistance in tracking your package, please contact a Reniqua Monae  representative at 1-877-762-4022.

 

How can I contact your couriers?

Your shipment confirmation email will detail the courier selected for delivering your merchandise. SImply contact the courier's toll free customer service number for further assistance. 

 

What are your delivery options?

We offer standard shipping, express shipping, next day shipping, and priority shipping. On the checkout page, you will be able to select your desired shipping method based upon the speed you would like to recieve the merchandise. All shipping rates will be factored into your overall total.
