All products are custom made to order products. meaning we don't keep anything in stock once the order has been placed its made custom for you so please recheck before you purchase your orders to make sure you order the right sizes, the address is right the color is right etc. we are not responsible for error on the customer behalf we will only refund or replace a product if there's any fault due to our own efforts the print work is messed up or the product is damaged before leaving the warehouse but even then you need to send us a photo by email to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damaged item or items with in 3`5 business days so we can assess the damaged to determine if a replacement or refund should be awarded we will do our best to work with you it can take up to 30 days for a claim to be reviewed or correspondence received from us you will not be able to return items purchased if we find that you should be refunded or have an item replaced you have the option to discard or keep the prior items items damaged by the carrier we are not liable for please contact your carrier.
In the event your packages are lost we suggest ensuring your shipping address was entered correctly. Clerical errors are most often the reason for misplaced packages. If the shipping address is correct, please ensure to contact your local USPS office. Packages are sometimes held for various reasons. After both attempts have been made and your package has not been found, please reach out to our support team so that we may also investigate and aid in tracking your package.
BAD ODOR OR SMELL
Unfortunately, orders are not replaced when having bad odors or smell. This is a normal occurrence in the Direct-to-Garment printing industry. To eliminate any odors our suggestion is to wash before wearing the garment. If the garment is a T-shirt or cotton garment, please take a look at our laundry suggestions for T-shirts prior to washing.

Our company uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) water-based ink to print our products.
DTG is an environmentally friendly printing process that provides a sharp high-resolution print. The pre-treatment is non-toxic and it is required for the non-toxic ink to bond with the fabric. This pre-treatment process may produce results with a slight residue on your apparel. BUT, PLEASE DON’T WORRY! This is not permanent! The residue will disappear after one wash! Afterward, your garment will be ready to wear. It is recommended that you wash your garment prior to your first wear. Enjoy!

The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values. Also, there may be Slight differences in the design and pattern as compared to the picture shown on the website.
While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.

It is practically impossible for Positively Plus T-shirts Designers to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments tend to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from PositivelyPlustshirts.com is aware of this genuine problem. While ordering on internet, we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following -
Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors. For example, even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor and vice versa. Though imaging technology has advanced, still no full proof solution to this problem is available now.
